Honey Rock Esthetics Policies

  • At Honey Rock Esthetics, we are committed to providing every client with the highest quality of service in a safe, professional, and relaxing environment. To ensure that we can deliver this consistently, we have established policies for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, multi-service appointments, booking & payment, lobby procedures, and communication expectations.

    These policies are in place to protect your time, our time, and the operation of our business. They maintain fairness across all bookings and allow us to manage our schedule efficiently. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate clients whenever possible. Following these guidelines ensures that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve, while allowing us to provide the best experience for everyone.

    WHY OUR POLICIES EXIST

    Every appointment at Honey Rock Esthetics is reserved exclusively for you. Your scheduled time is a dedicated block that cannot always be reassigned on short notice.

    These policies exist to:

    • Protect the dedicated time reserved for each client

    • Maintain fairness for on-time clients

    • Ensure efficiency in our schedule

    • Protect our business operations and ability to provide consistent, high-quality service

    Many services require advanced preparation, room setup, and product allocation, and last-minute cancellations or changes directly impact our ability to serve other clients. The policies and fees are in place to ensure fairness, protect our schedule, and allow us to continue delivering the highest level of service for everyone.

  • Cancellations

    We understand that plans change. Providing advance notice whenever possible is appreciated and allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer appointment slots to other clients who may be waiting.

    Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% service fee

    Cancellations made within 24 hours give us limited opportunity to rebook the appointment. While some chance exists to fill the slot, it is not guaranteed. The partial fee reflects the potential lost opportunity while acknowledging the notice provided.

    Same-day cancellations: 100% service fee

    Same-day cancellations are charged in full because we are unable to fill the appointment slot at the last minute. The reserved time is lost and cannot be recovered, which is why the full service fee applies. This ensures fairness to the business and to other clients who may have wanted that time.

  • No-Shows

    Missing your appointment without notice is considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

    • No-shows prevent other clients from receiving care and disrupts our schedule. The time reserved for your service cannot typically be recovered.

    • If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, we will text you to confirm if you are still coming. If no response is received within 15 minutes of your appointment time, we will assume you are not coming, and your appointment will be considered a no-show, with the full service fee applied.

    Additionally: Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings, protecting our schedule and ensuring fairness for all clients.

  • Late Arrivals

    Arriving on time allows us to provide your full service without impacting other clients. Notify us as soon as possible if you are running late, whether that is before your scheduled start time or within the grace period outlined in our policies.

    Service adjustments & fee application:

    If the remaining time no longer allows the service to be performed, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full service fee will apply. If you still want your service completed, we will do what we can with the remaining time, but the full service fee will still apply.

    Late arrivals affect your service and the schedule for other clients. Enforcing this policy ensures fairness, protects scheduled time, and allows us to continue providing high-quality care. We understand unexpected situations occur and may offer one-time exceptions at our discretion.

  • Multi-Service Appointment Changes

    When multiple services are booked in a single appointment, the full block of time is reservedspecifically for you.

    Same-day reductions: If services are dropped on the day of your appointment, they will still be charged unless the time can be filled by another client.

    Dropping services last minute reduces the available time for other clients and affects the efficiency of our schedule. Charging for same-day reductions ensures fairness and protects the reserved time.

  • Booking & Payment

    A valid credit or debit card is required to hold your appointment. Fees for late cancellations, no-shows, reschedules, or same-day service reductions will be charged to the card on file.

    • If a charge fails, an invoice will be sent, and payment must be made within 24 hours.

    • Future appointments cannot be booked until all outstanding fees are settled.

    This system ensures fairness, enforces policies, and helps maintain a reliable and professional booking process.

  • Lobby & Appointment Arrival

    To ensure safety, privacy, and comfort for all clients, as well as compliance with building rules:

    Upon arrival, notify us via the lobby directory by searching “Honey Rock Esthetics” and tapping the text button. Wait in the lobby until your esthetician calls or swipes you in.

    Do not wait outside or enter treatment rooms early. Service suites are private spaces, and entering or waiting outside disrupts ongoing treatments and violates the privacy of the client currently in the room.

    Early or unscheduled entry also:

    • Disrupts ongoing treatments

    • Interferes with client privacy

    • Prevents proper room preparation and sanitation

    • If you need to use the restroom while waiting, return immediately to the lobby afterward.

    Arriving more than five minutes early is okay, but please remain in the lobby until your esthetician swipes you in. Early entry may be allowed at the esthetician’s discretion.

    Clients must attend appointments alone. Children or additional guests are only allowed with prior approval. Failure to follow these policies may result in rescheduling or refusal of service.

    These rules follow the building’s requirements, protect all service providers, and ensure a calm, professional, and private environment for every client.

  • Communication Expectations

    Timely and clear communication is essential and required.

    • If you are running late, delayed, or cannot attend, notify us as soon as possible, whether that is before your scheduled appointment time or within the grace period outlined in our policies.

    • If we reach out regarding your arrival and do not receive a response within the grace period, we will proceed with our schedule accordingly and assume you are not coming. The reserved time has already been blocked, and the opportunity to adjust is limited. This protects our business and your esthetician’s time.

    WHY COMMUNICATION MATTERS

    • Communication allows us to adjust the schedule, offer flexibility, and maintain an efficient experience for on-time clients as well as your service provider.

    • Poor communication limits our ability to accommodate changes and affects other clients.

    • We make every effort to communicate with you promptly and expect the same in return.

    FLEXIBILITY & DISCRETION

    • We aim to work with clients who communicate promptly and respectfully.

    One-time exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

    • Lack of communication — especially after the appointment start time, or within the grace period after we have reached out — will result in enforcement of late arrival, same-day cancellation, or no-show policies.

    • Repeated lack of communication or consistent no-call/no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

  • Emergencies & Exceptions

    We understand that emergencies happen. One-time exceptions may be made at our discretion, and we will always do our best to be flexible whenever possible. Prompt communication is key — letting us know about unexpected events or running late allows us to work with you while still respecting the time of other clients.

  • Agreement

    By booking an appointment with Honey Rock Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. Honey Rock Esthetics reserves the right to enforce these policies at our discretion.
